    8 U.S.C. § 1325 says you may not enter the US without permission.

    There are rules that state how and when a non Us entity may enter the US. Laws are laws. This asshole announces he WILL not enforce US law and calls it immoral. And then slobbers about some "public need" to ensure criminals are helped just like others to provide some sort of umbrella...
