I understand the sentiment BUT, when I was a poor boy I wanted to make as much money and own as much property as I possibly could in order to over come the "system's" negative impacts.

Too many grifters, lazy people, and straight out welfare thieves in the system now, you can't fix the problem without a redesign, and the lefty cunts wont let the system to be redesigned, they just want more money in the pot not a fix for the broken distribution side of the equation.

I don't see the system changing without some sort of catastrophic event(s) spurring it on. The bottom is going to have to fall out before we can rebuild.

I have zero faith in the Democratic party at this point. Watching them pretend to stand up to Trump and cave at the last second or trip at the finish line....it's too much to believe it's not on purpose. But I am a leftist and I'm laser focused on the broken distribution side of the equation and it's WHY I have no faith in Democratic politicians anymore. I agree with you. They aren't there to help. That being said, I find it pretty fucking silly to believe that conservatives want to fix the problem but are being held back by people like me when they own the house and the senate.

Fucking Gavin Newsome will be the next President the way things are going. Get ready for paper straws and fines for standing too close to someone. This all could have been avoided if the DNC and the media didn't shut Bernie out before the primaries in 2016. I was right then, I was right in the meantime, and I'm fucking obviously right now. Greed and the lack of laws containing it have all but destroyed this country. I don't even get to enjoy the "in your face" feeling. I'm just sad.
